Human Auth

Use Human Auth when the ideas, knowledge, structure and text are all the product of a human author, although sources generated by artificial intelligence may have been consulted as part of the preparation of the text.

Examples include the following:

In the research for an essay for your Spanish class, you consult a range of print and online sources, some of which may have been generated by or with artificial intelligence. However, the structure, argument, ideas and text are entirely your own.

You run a popular alternative medicine blog, and write your own content from scratch. However, some of the sources that you consult, and even cite, in your blog, may have been generated in whole or in part by artificial intelligence.

In these cases, while the source itself is entirely the product of human effort, the secondary sources consulted may not be.
